TÉSERA WINES X THE RAINBOW SHACK GIVEAWAY 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is James Beck Consulting (ABN 78 844 998 218) trading as Téssera Wines, operating at Signac Place Forest Lake QLD 4078, in partnership with MacBeck Pty Ltd trading as The Rainbow Shack, 210 Marine Parde Rainbow Bay, Coolangatta QLD.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older only.
  • Entrants must be of legal drinking age in Australia.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 11 November 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on 15 December 2025.
No entries will be accepted after this time.

4. How to Enter

  • Each 6-pack purchased = 1 entry into the draw.
  • A dozen (12 bottles) purchase = 2 entries. Etc.
  • Orders must be successfully paid for and not refunded or cancelled to qualify.
  • Entry is automatic upon purchase; no further action is required.
  • All subscriber member orders during this time automatically goes in the draw.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 5-night stay at The Rainbow Shack, Rainbow Bay, Coolangatta QLD, for up to and including 8 guests.
  • A dozen premium mixed wines from Téssera Wines to enjoy during the stay.

Total prize value: Approx. AUD $4,500.

Prize dates are subject to availability based upon non-peak rates for 5 consecutive nights and must be booked within 12 months of the draw date.  Blackout periods may apply (including, school holidays, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Easter).  An upgrade payment maybe considered should these periods be preferred.

6. Travel & Insurance

  • The winner and their guests are responsible for organising and covering their own travel to and from The Rainbow Shack, including any flights, transport, or other related costs.
  • Téssera Wines and The Rainbow Shack do not cover or reimburse any travel, transport, or insurance costs.
  • The winner and guests are responsible for their own travel insurance and any associated liabilities.

 

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random on 18 December 2025 at the offices of Téssera Wines.
  • The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be communicated within 5 days, a new winner may be drawn.
  • The winner approves the release of the first name, suburb for social media announcement.

8. Verification & Bond

  • The winner and all guests must provide proof of identity (photo ID), purchase and contact details before booking is confirmed.
  • A fully refundable $500 security bond is required and must be paid 7 days before check-in at The Rainbow Shack.
  • The bond will be refunded within 7 days after the stay, subject to property inspection and compliance with house rules.

9. House Rules

  • The prize accommodation at The Rainbow Shack is offered for private leisure use only.
  • Strictly no parties or events are permitted at the property.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:00pm, in accordance with local council regulations.
  • A maximum of 8 registered guests are permitted to stay at the property — no additional overnight visitors are allowed.
  • No pets are permitted on the property.
  • The winner must ensure that all guests behave respectfully, follow property instructions, and comply with any reasonable directions given by property management.
  • Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, forfeiture of the $500 security bond, and potential charges for damages or additional cleaning.

10. General Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Travel to and from The Rainbow Shack is not included.
  • The promoter reserves the right to:
    • Verify the validity of entries and entrants;
    • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent information;
    • Substitute the prize (or part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The promoter and its partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
  • By entering, participants agree to release the promoter from any such liability.
  • The winner and guests assume full responsibility for their actions, including any property damage, injury, or loss incurred during travel or their stay.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Téssera Wines Privacy Policy, available at https://tesserawines.com.au
