Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Australia. We don’t ship overseas; for international enquiries, email cheers@tesserawines.com.au.

When your order is sent
Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days of payment. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Four Vines Club members: your first box is sent as soon as you join. Every delivery after that is charged on the 25th of the month it falls due and sent by the 1st of the following month.

Postage costs
Queensland, flat rates:

• Up to 3 bottles: $11
• Up to a dozen: $16
• A dozen of our heavier bottles, such as sparkling: $20

Rest of Australia: calculated by Australia Post from your postcode and the weight of your order, and shown at checkout before you pay.

Free postage
Orders of $300 or more ship free anywhere in Australia. This applies to one-off orders and to every Four Vines Club delivery of $300 or more. Gift packs marked “Free Postage” always ship free. Free postage may not combine with some discount codes.

Who can receive your order
We can only sell and deliver alcohol to adults. The person ordering and the person receiving the delivery must both be 18 or over, and photo ID may be requested on delivery. Our couriers will not hand over wine to anyone who appears to be under 18 or intoxicated.

Authority to leave
Wine is not left unattended unless you give us authority to leave. You can tick Authority to Leave on our order form, or email us after you order. Once wine is left under an authority to leave, it is your responsibility.

If no one 18 or over is home and there is no authority to leave, the carrier will leave a card so you can collect your parcel. If it comes back to us, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery again.

Damaged or faulty wine
We pack every order with care. If anything arrives broken, damaged or faulty, email cheers@tesserawines.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund it. See our Refund policy for more.

Christmas
Order early for Christmas. We’ll publish our final Christmas order date on the website each year.
