How regularly are subscriptions sent?

Our mixed pack subscriptions are flexible to suit your lifestyle. Choose from:

  • Monthly
  • Every 3 months
  • Every 6 months
  • Annually

All regular dispatches are sent on the 15th of the month in March, June, September, and December. Your first box is sent when you join, and then your future packs follow the regular schedule. If you’d like something different, we can customise your subscription.

Can I delay or skip a shipment?

Yes! We know many of our members travel. You can delay or skip a shipment at any time—just contact our Cellar Door via email.

Can I cancel my membership?

Of course. You can cancel at any time, but we kindly ask that you do so before the 12th of the month (as we pack and book couriers for dispatch on the 15th).

You’ll also receive a reminder email 7 days before your next shipment.

To cancel, simply email our Cellar Door or manage it through the online customer portal.|

Can I change the wines in my pack?

Definitely. We want you to love every box, and we’re happy to update your preferences. Please note pricing may vary depending on your selection. To view a price list or adjust your pack, just email the Cellar Door.

When will I be invoiced?

Invoices are issued through Shopify, and memberships are managed via Appstle Subscriptions.

How can I update my details?

If your contact or delivery details change, you can:

  • Email us and we’ll update your account for you, or
  • Log in to the customer portal and update directly.

Returns policy

If your wine arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
