We invite you to take a seat at The Téssera Table — a long lunch that brings people together to share in our journey. Discover the spirit of Téssera as you sip and savour your way through an afternoon of thoughtfully paired wines, delicious food, and genuine connection.
After years of sold-out events across Brisbane, we're heading to the top — literally — to the newly reimagined Summit Restaurant at Mount Coot-Tha. With breathtaking views stretching across the city skyline, it's the perfect place to farewell winter and celebrate the season’s richness.
Kick off the afternoon with a glass of Peggy Sue Sparkling Pinot Noir NV on arrival, before moving into the intimate Hinter Room for a three-course menu paired with more than 10 wines from the Téssera collection — including crisp Adelaide Hills whites, vibrant McLaren Vale reds, and a special preview of our unreleased 15-year-old Tawny.

Sourdough Gnocchi Fricassée
A delicate fricassée-style dish featuring hand-crafted sourdough “gnocchi” sautéed with seasonal vegetables – likely including a medley of mushrooms, asparagus, and zucchini flowers. Finished with a light, herb-infused sauce to highlight the freshness of the produce.
Dessert
To be confirmed closer to the date based on availability and chef selection. It will be either:
– Almond Milk Pannacotta (Vegan) – A silky vegan pannacotta made with almond milk, served with a fragrant strawberry consommé.
or
– Chocolate Bon-Bon (Vegan) – A rich chocolate bon-bon paired with house-made vegan ice cream.

• Canapés on arrival and three-course seasonal pairing menu from The Summit — contemporary Australian cuisine, elevated with native botanicals and locally sourced ingredients

• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice
• Dietary requirements (Gluten Free/Vegetarian) require 2 weeks’ notice

Are dietary requirements accommodated?
Yes! Just include your dietary needs at checkout and we’ll ensure you're catered for.
How do tickets work?
Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Names will be on the door – no need to bring anything else.
Is seating allocated?
Yes, we seat groups together. Let us know at checkout if you’re booking with friends separately.
Can I purchase cocktails and beers?
That is totally fine, tasting wines are included in your ticket price, however there is cash bar where you are able to purchase other beverages outside of the free flowing wines.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 12pm. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for a welcome sip.
Getting there
There is parking at the venue, however we highly recommend catching an uber or dropped off so you can enjoy the 4 hours of free flowing wines!
Will this event sell out?
Most likely – all previous Tessera Tables around the country have sold out quickly. We highly recommend booking early!
