We invite you to take a seat at The Téssera Table — a long lunch that brings people together to share in our journey. Discover the spirit of Téssera as you sip and savour your way through an afternoon of thoughtfully paired wines, delicious food, and genuine connection.

After years of sold-out events across Brisbane, we're heading to the top — literally — to the newly reimagined Summit Restaurant at Mount Coot-Tha. With breathtaking views stretching across the city skyline, it's the perfect place to farewell winter and celebrate the season’s richness.

Kick off the afternoon with a glass of Peggy Sue Sparkling Pinot Noir NV on arrival, before moving into the intimate Hinter Room for a three-course menu paired with more than 10 wines from the Téssera collection — including crisp Adelaide Hills whites, vibrant McLaren Vale reds, and a special preview of our unreleased 15-year-old Tawny.

• A flowing selection of Téssera Wines — Sparkling Pinot Noir, Rosé, four whites, four reds, and an exclusive preview of our 15-year-old Tawny
• A three-course seasonal pairing menu from The Summit — contemporary Australian cuisine, elevated with native botanicals and locally sourced ingredients
