‘Middle Child’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

With deep purple tones, this cabernet sauvignon displays tones of mulberry, dark chocolate and vanilla. On the palate are notes of forest floor, earthy field mushrooms, mulberry, vanilla bean panna cotta supported by subtle oak, medium tannins and long finish.

‘Chaste’ Shiraz 2021

With deep purple tones, this shiraz shows aniseed, stewed strawberry jam and black pepper. The palate displays elements of Christmas cake, spice, blackcurrant, vanilla and pepper with a subtle vanilla bean on the finish. Medium tannin with a long finish.

‘Good Oil’ Shiraz/Cabernet Blend 2021

With deep purple tones, this shiraz/cabernet sauvignon blend displays on the nose a burst of earthiness, leather, roast capsicum spice and dark cherry.  On the palate are notes of lively black current, leather, Christmas cake, subtle oak with medium tannins and a long finish.
