appearance: crystal waterfall with 1% dandelion yellow
nose: floral with mock orange and kaffir lime
taste: passionfruit with subtle lemon, perfect balance of bitter, sweet and sour with delicious dry and crisp finish

2024 vintage in the Adelaide Hills Vineyard was a season of surprises. Though winter rainfall was close to average, unusually dry weather in July caused difficulties managing disease and fruit set. The season ended on an optimistic note, with a welcome break in the weather reducing disease risk. A warm February helped to speed early ripening. By contrast, cooler-than-average temperatures over March and April slowed ripening and increased the time grapes needed to reach maturity with bunches hanging on the vine for longer

'Lightweight and textural, rather than brittle, sweet-sour and tropical. While relatively prosaic, there is a waxy lanolin-like feel, accents of quince, preserved Moroccan lemon and curry leaf giving a whiff of sophistication.'

Definitely having a stompa of a time

Crisp & vibrant wine, perfectly suited for Summer evenings (even though I do drink it throughout the year!)

It’s definitely my go to, Stompa is a crowd-pleaser that balances brightness with finesse.

Stompa is hands down my go to Sauvignon Blanc

It’s one of those wines that just works for everything, super easy to drink on it's own but also always gets compliments when I bring it to dinner parties. It's crisp, dry and everything I want in a Sauv.

I also love how easy it is to order direct from the Brisbane cellar. No long waits, super quick postage, and I can always stock up without any fuss. Great to order on the weekend and have well and truly before the following weekend! Honestly so grateful to have it on hand, it’s become a total staple in my wine stash!
