The Wine and Winemaking
Fortified with the juice of old-wine Grenache fruit from Mclaren Vale and Blewitt Springs, aged for 15 years in old oak casks, it has developed deep, concentrated flavours as the angles have taken their share since we first began making it in 2010. Hints of fruitcake, sultana, and gentle sweetness linger on a long, warming palate, truly moreish.

This 15-year-old Old Vine Grenache Tawny pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, toasted nuts and dried fruits, dark chocolate, and desserts that echo hints of fruitcake and sultanas, allowing its gentle sweetness to linger on a long, warming palate. Enjoy neat, lightly chilled (14–16°C) or with soda.
