This single vineyard Chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills is elegant and medium bodied, with the region’s cool-climate conditions allowing slow ripening, vibrant acidity, and refined flavour development. Handpicked and matured for 11 months in premium French oak barriques and hogsheads, this wine shows finesse, freshness, and subtle oak complexity, a true expression of site and season. Not your average Chardonnay.
