The Wine
Appearance: Deep purple
Nose: mulberry, dark chocolate and vanilla, subtle eucalypt
Taste: mushroom, mulberry, vanilla panna cotta, beatuful subtle oak, medium slightly drying tannin, lovely long finish, good primary fruit characters, dense and bold with a nice creamy mouthfeel

Paired with blue cheese, braised short ribs, scotch fillet steak, portobello mushrooms or roast BBQ lamb

This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon showcases McLaren Vale’s complex soils and ideal conditions for bold, expressive fruit. Handpicked and made using traditional methods such as open fermentation, basket pressing and 26 months in American oak offers depth, structure and length with rich dark fruit and supple tannins.
