The Wine
Appearance: Striking light salmon hue
Nose: Sresh and lively, watermelon, apple, delicate musk and lime
Taste: Turkish delight, vanilla, light and crisp with a hint of ‘crunch’ on the finish

Vineyard and Winemaking
The Adelaide Hills is a standout region Tempranillo Rosé. This cool-climate region is perfectly suited to crafting vibrant, expressive rosé, with its long growing season allowing slow, even ripening. Extended hang time builds delicate flavour while preserving the bright acidity essential for freshness and structure. Well-drained soils and careful vineyard management add balance and elegance, resulting in a crisp, aromatic rosé that reflects the natural finesse of the Hills.

Summer in a glass!

Hulah Hoop is summer in a glass — bright, playful, and so moreish you can’t help but go back for another sip. It’s beautifully balanced, just the right amount of freshness, and has that little something that makes it unforgettable. Absolutely love it.
