Four Vines Club Grand Giveaway 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is James Beck Consulting Pty Ltd (ACN 122 322 301) as trustee for the James Beck Consulting Trust (ABN 78 844 998 218), trading as Téssera Wines, 3 Signac Close, Forest Lake QLD 4078 (Promoter). The prize accommodation is provided in partnership with MacBeck Pty Ltd (ACN 119 877 084), trading as The Rainbow Shack, 210 Marine Parade, Rainbow Bay QLD 4225 (The Rainbow Shack).

2. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to residents of all Australian states and territories except the ACT who are aged 18 years or older.
  2. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter and The Rainbow Shack, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  3. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

3. Promotion period

The promotion starts on 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time) on Sunday 20 December 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

  1. To enter, be a subscribing member of the Téssera Wines Four Vines Club during the Promotion Period. Join at tesserawines.com.au/pages/wine-club.
  2. Existing members with an active subscription are entered automatically. New members are entered automatically when they join. No further action is needed.
  3. Entries depend on the delivery frequency and box size (Six Pack or Dozen) of the member’s subscription at the close of the Promotion Period:

  1. 18-bottle subscriptions earn the Dozen entries.
  2. To qualify, a subscription must be active at the close of the Promotion Period and its first payment must have been processed successfully. Subscriptions cancelled, refunded or reversed before the draw do not qualify.
  3. Entries are counted per Four Vines Club member account. Where one account holds more than one subscription, the entries for each subscription are added together.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • five (5) consecutive nights at The Rainbow Shack, Rainbow Bay, Coolangatta QLD, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, for up to 8 people including the winner; and
  • a Téssera Deluxe Tasting Selection mixed dozen (12 bottles) to enjoy during the stay.

The prize is worth nearly AUD $5,000: a total of $4,999 (including GST), made up of accommodation of $4,560 (five nights for up to 8 people, including cleaning and booking fees) and the Deluxe Tasting Selection mixed dozen at its recommended retail price of $439. The value is based on non-peak accommodation rates and recommended retail prices at the time of publication.

6. Booking conditions

  1. The stay must be booked within 12 months of the draw date (by 21 December 2027) and is subject to availability.
  2. The prize is valued at non-peak rates. Blackout periods apply, including school holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter. If the winner prefers a blackout period, The Rainbow Shack may offer it for an upgrade payment, at its discretion.
  3. The five nights must be taken as one stay. Nights not used are forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. The winner must attend the stay. The wine component will be supplied to the winner only, as the winner is aged 18 or older. Please enjoy Téssera wines responsibly.

7. Travel and insurance

  1. The winner and their guests are responsible for organising and paying for their own travel to and from The Rainbow Shack, including flights, transport and any related costs.
  2. The Promoter and The Rainbow Shack do not cover or reimburse travel, transport or insurance costs.
  3. The winner and their guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.

8. Draw and winner notification

  1. The winner will be drawn at random at 11:00am AEST on Monday 21 December 2026.
  2. The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
  3. The winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb will be published via the Téssera Wines social media channels by Wednesday 23 December 2026. By entering, entrants consent to this publication if they win.

9. Unclaimed prize

If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize by 5:00pm AEST on Friday 15 January 2027, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will then take place at 11:00am AEST on Monday 18 January 2027. Any redraw winner will be notified and published in the same way.

10. Verification and security bond

  1. Before the booking is confirmed, the winner and all guests must provide proof of identity (photo ID) and contact details. The Promoter may verify the winner’s Four Vines Club membership.
  2. A fully refundable $500 security bond must be paid to The Rainbow Shack seven (7) days before check-in.
  3. The bond will be refunded within seven (7) days after the stay, subject to a property inspection and compliance with the house rules.

11. House rules

  1. The Rainbow Shack is provided for private leisure use only. Parties and events are strictly not permitted.
  2. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:00pm.
  3. A maximum of 8 registered guests may stay at the property. No additional overnight visitors are allowed.
  4. No pets are permitted.
  5. The winner must make sure all guests behave respectfully, follow property instructions and comply with reasonable directions from property management.
  6. A breach of these rules may result in the stay ending immediately, forfeiture of the $500 security bond, and charges for damage or additional cleaning.

12. General conditions

  1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. The Promoter may verify entries and entrants, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides false information.
  3. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of similar value, up to $5,000, subject to any applicable state or territory regulations.
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that fail to register because of technical problems, payment failures or incorrect member details.
  5. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.

13. Liability

  1. Nothing in these terms limits any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  2. Subject to clause 13.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and The Rainbow Shack are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize, except loss caused by their own negligence.
  3. The winner and their guests are responsible for their own actions during their travel and stay, including any property damage, injury or loss they cause.

14. Privacy

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to run this promotion, including contacting and verifying the winner, and will share the winner’s details with The Rainbow Shack to arrange the booking.
